At the end of September, 2021, the first SignMorph postdoctoral research fellow, Hannah Lutzenberger, joined the team along with visiting scholar Rehana Omardeen. Hannah's research focusses on Kata Kolok, a village sign language from Bali in Indonesia. She will be a postdoctoral fellow for the entire duration of the SignMorph project. Rehana is a PhD student conducting research into Providence Island Sign Language and will be working with us on the SignMorph team from October to March 2022.
